Three Ways to Register

Please use a separate registration form for each individual.

Each participant raising $50 or more in pledges will receive a free t-shirt. We ask that you pay $25 at the time of registration to help us cover the cost of printing and other start up expenses, then simply turn in your pledges on June 5th.

If you would rather not collect pledges, just make your $50 donation now, using one of the methods below.

Donations / Registration payments are being processed by the Mid West Boston Terrier Rescue, a 501C3 organization.

Online: Click Here to Register and then click below to pay with credit card, debit card or echeck via Paypal. You need not have a Paypal account to make payment, all you need is an email address. Be sure to put Ride-A-Thon in the comment section of the Paypal form. Download your pledge sheet in MS Word format here or Adobe PDF format here.

Print out your registration form, enclose a check or money order for $25 made out to MWBTR with “Ride-A-Thon” in the memo field and mail it to Ride-A-Thon, c/o MWBTR, PO Box 297, Kent City, Michigan, 49330

By Phone: Call Renee at  616-678-4111 6am and 10pm M-F, 8am - 10pm Saturdays or 11am to 9pm on Sundays. Credit Card / Debit Card payments accepted.

On June 5^th: Sign in at the registration table between 8 and 9am, turn in your pledge sheets and pick up your tee shirt. A Coggins certificate is required for all horses in attendance.

Ride until 1pm and then return for lunch, top  fund raiser awards, fun prizes, results of the silent auction and raffle prizes.  Walk-in registrations will be accepted, but the selection of tee shirt sizes may be limited to what is on hand.

Use any of the above methods to make a donation to Hoofin’ It for the Paws. Donations of $50 or more will receive a free tee shirt. Fill out the registration form as above and just note on it that you will not be riding but would like to support the animals with your donation.  Make checks payable to M.W.B.T.R.

Corporate Sponsors: If your business would like to support Hoofin’ It for the Paws, please call Renee at the number shown in Phone Registrations. Donations of cash or goods and services to be used as pledge winner prizes, silent auction items or raffle prizes are all needed.
