Hoofin’ It for the Paws Registration Form
Waiver of liability: By registering and participating in the Hoofin' It For the Paws Ride-A-Thon 2005, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless the Animal Placement Bureau, Pound Buddies, Mid West Boston Terrier Rescue, The Voice of Animals, the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary organizations, their directors, volunteers, membership, all sponsors and the National Forest Service.
Reminder: All horses participating must have a valid Coggins Certificate, please bring it with you.

Each participant raising $50 or more will receive one free tee shirt. $25 of that is required at the time of registration. Please fill out this section and then indicate your method of payment below and make your payment.

Important: If the name on your credit or debit card or echeck bank account is different than the name on your registration form, please be sure to note the name which appears on your registration form on your payment.
If you make one payment to cover more than one registration form, please note all of the names of the individuals your payment covers, on your payment.

By Mail: Make your check or money order out to MWBTR, put “Ride-A-Thon” in the memo field and send it to
